Leftover Sales
★ All sales purchased during our leftovers period are final. We will not be accepting order modifications, cancellations, or refunds for any reason.
★ By purchasing a product during the leftover sales period, you understand that you may receive a product at a lower grading quality than those purchased during the pre-order period.
★ The Quacks and Tunes team is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit to the buyer. Once it is out of the shipping mod’s hands and handled by the courier, it is out of our control.
★ Should a product arrive damaged, the Quacks and Tunes team cannot guarantee sending a replacement due to limited stock.
Purchases and Shipping
★ All orders will be shipped from the United States. Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the buyer, emergencies, inclement weather, or other unforeseeable events.
★ A vast majority of orders will include tracking. It is strongly recommended that buyers watch their tracking numbers for any issues regarding delivery or customs.
★ The buyer is the sole party responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or additional taxes that may apply to their order. Our shop does not pre-charge VAT at checkout.
★ The Quacks and Tunes team is not responsible for any fees, taxes, or delays due to customs.
★ If any issues are encountered when downloading any of the digital products, please notify the Quacks and Tunes team immediately. We will do what we can to assist you.
★ If contacting the Quacks and Tunes team regarding issues with your order, please also provide your order number, date of purchase, full name, and email.
★ Responsibility for your items transfers to the carrier once the order leaves our Shipping Mod's home. The Quacks and Tune’s Mod Team is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft occurring during transit. Because inventory is limited, refunds or replacements cannot be provided.
★ Orders that are returned to sender due to being unclaimed, refused, or held by customs will not be eligible for replacements or refunds. For special cases, please feel free to contact us by email with your order number and we may consider re-sending the order for an additional shipping fee.
